Cancellation conditions

The reservation
A telephone or online reservation is a legally valid agreement. The purpose of an e-mail or postal confirmation is to enable you to check that we have made your booking correctly.

In case of cancellation
We apply the following conditions to the cancellation of hotel rooms:

(*) "No show" is the failure to arrive at the hotel on the date booked, without notifying us of the cancellation.

In the event of cancellation you will be charged a cancellation fee based on the above table, plus €17.50 administration costs. (The administration costs also apply to cancellations made more than 14 days before the arrival date.)

To avoid potential cancellation costs, we advise you to take out cancellation insurance or to make use of the hotel's cancellation policy. Please ask about the options, we can send you details of our cancellation insurance.

(The hotel's cancellation insurance can be purchased up to 14 days after making your booking).
